1 cup yogurt

1/3 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon Turmeric root, grated

1 tablespoon gingerroot, grated

1 juiced lemon

1 tablespoon cumin

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce

Mix all together and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.

*Wear gloves when cooking with Turmeric – it can stain clothing & porous surfaces
