TOFU Crumbles Cabbage Rolls

1 cabbage, steamed, cooled and leaves separated
2 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
Salt , Pepper to taste
1 Teaspoon cumin powder
1 Teaspoon oregano leaves
2 cups spaghetti sauce, divided

Prepare cabbage and rice . Heat skillet med-hi; add oil, onion, mushrooms, TOFU CRUMBLES and seasoning.

Cook 4-5 minutes. Add rice and half of spaghetti sauce; mix together.

Place a heaping Tablespoon onto a leaf of steamed cabbage and fold up like and envelope.

Repeated with remaining mixture.

Place in a casserole dish, top with other half of spaghetti sauce.

Baker 30-40 minutes @ 375
