How do we grow and handle Marjon® Sprouts?

We follow all F.D.A. guidelines, we test sprouts in our own laboratory as well as an outside testing laboratory.  We have a Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance Director on site.  We are inspected by the F.D.A, U.S.D.A and the U.S. Army.


Can you freeze TOFU?

Yes, although it will change the texture dramatically.  It will no longer have a smooth texture.


Can you freeze TOFU CRUMBLES?

Yes, TOFU CRUMBLES can be frozen either before or after and used in any recipe.


Are all Soybeans Organic?

No, to be organic, the farmer has to grow through a very strict process of regulations for the certification of “Organic”.  Marjon® buys only GMO Free and Organic Soy Beans.

What is TOFU?

TOFU is a mild, nutritious cheese-like food made from soybeans.  It is made by pressing the curds of soy milk into blocks.  TOFU is one of the most versatile foods in the world and has the ability to absorb any food or seasoning it is combined with.  TOFU may be eaten plain without cooking it or it may be sauteed, deep fried, baked or barbecued.
